  • Northwest Home Fellowship

This Fellowship is designed for adults in Northwest Houston who desire a place to find community and fellowship with other believers. We seek to encourage one another in our walk with Christ through worship, Bible study, prayer and fellowship (Hebrews 10:24-25).

The Fellowship meets on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month. Breaks are taken for Christmas and the summer.

Please contact David or Connie Lee for more information.

  • PULSE

PULSE is a High School Fellowship.

PULSE is for High Schoolers and their friends to come and find community in a large group setting of High Schoolers and deep relationships with a small group of High Schoolers and a leader to support one another in our own walks with God. There will be time for large group games, worship and small groups which will be with the same leader and people every week.

This group meets in weekly small groups and is open for all High Schoolers whose hearts beat for God. "In Him we live and move and have our being (Acts 17:28)."

Every other month, there will be:
    • a large group High School activity
    • a hangout time just for the small group to hang out and do something fun
    • a Saturday in which we help tutor kids in the Chinatown area

See Arlene Ligh for more information.

  • S.A.F.E. (Spiritual Ambassador Fellowship Encouragers

The main goal of our fellowship is to promote spiritual growth through Bible study and Christian fellowship. The fellowship is open to all adults. Membership affiliation with the Chinese Baptist Church is not required.

The fellowship is scheduled on the fourth Saturday of every month (except December), from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm at homes of couples on voluntary basis.

We share a potluck dinner and follow with a time of sharing, praise singing and Bible study.

For those interested in joining us, you may contact Terry & Joanne Gee, Onne & Mary Jeu, or Gene & Linda Woo.

  • Sugar Land Home Fellowship

This fellowship is designed to achieve all major elements of CBC's mission statement:

"To equip each generation to Celebrate the King, Become Like Christ, and Connect the Lost"
    • Praise and worship time (Celebrate the King)
    • Family devotional/Bible study time (Become Like Christ)
    • General fellowship, discussion and sharing (Connect with friends, family, and new seekers)

We will also have occasional service projects to enhance our connection with the church and with our community. Our devotionals and Bible studies are carefully chosen such that entire families - from older elementary school age children (~4th grade) to adults - can participate together; babysitting is provided for children of younger ages.

One of CBC's vision statements is for members to go minister to where the people are; although primarily targeted for families that live in the Sugar Land area, this fellowship is open to any and all who have a desire to participate, regardless of where they reside. Our goal is to provide an environment where families can find encouragement, support and fellowship with believers and seekers, and where families can ultimately develop and grow deeper in their faith and walk in Christ.

If you desire additional information, or would like to visit/join this fellowship, please contact the CBC office, and they will put you in contact with the fellowship leaders accordingly.

  • West Houston Fellowship The Family Matters Sunday school class is sponsoring a Small Group Fellowship for the West Houston area. All are invited to come and bring friends! The fellowship is scheduled on the 2nd Saturdays of every month from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at homes of couples on voluntary basis.

We will begin our first few meetings with an interesting video series by author Lee Strobel. Lee Strobel was an investigative reporter, who was an atheist, yet, due to his research and study about the Bible, God & Jesus Christ for 2 years, became a Christian. Strobel interviewed many different experts in various fields during his research and shows much evidence in stating his "Case for Christ", "Case for Faith" & "Case for a Creator".
    • The Case for Faith: A Journalist Investigates the Toughest Objections to Christianity
    • The Case for Christ: A Journalist's Personal Investigation of the Evidence for Jesus
    • The Case for a Creator: A Journalist Investigates Scientific Evidence That Points Toward God
We will watch a video and then have discussion time.

Join us for a great time of learning, fellowship & dessert! If you have young children, babysitting will be provided; please notify as to how many children and what ages.

For those interested in joining us, you may contact Michael or Wanda Leo with any questions.
